Roll Out is seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist for a major client in the consumer electronics sector. This role will support the channel marketing team, with a focus on Italy, Eastern Europe and English language markets. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Promotions & Trade Marketing**
- Updating and uploading promotional materials (retail toolkit), including booking slots on retailer and partner portals, and drafting promotional reports.
- Conducting website compliance audits and managing logs related to any issues.
- Supporting the review of social media editorial calendars and verifying translations of press releases and marketing materials localized by headquarters.
- Operational communication with agencies and the Field Team. **Creative & Asset Production**
- Coordinating with agencies and graphic designers for the production of localized assets that comply with brand guidelines.
- Managing translations, proofreading, and updating the terminology glossary.
- Managing the asset library, including naming conventions and updating assets. **Partner / Retailers Operations**
- Daily operational coordination with retailers and partners, including drafting meeting notes, follow-ups, and collecting technical specifications.




- Updating campaign calendars and progress trackers and verifying agreed-upon marketing activities. **Budget & Administration**
- Consolidating quotes and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Managing invoice processing to ensure timely payments. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in international contexts.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Proficient knowledge of the Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Availability to work within a time slot suitable for collaborating with both managers (e.g., 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM CET/CEST).
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Organizational and time management skills.
