Key Responsibilities (fictional / informational)
- Review a sample visa file (documents provided for the project) and advise which documents are missing or need correction.
- Explain legal/administrative requirements for common visa categories (short-term tourist, student, family reunification) in a neutral, academic way.
- Offer high-level advice on interviews and common reasons for refusal (for educational purposes only).
- Deliverables: a 2-3 page advisory memo, a 1-page checklist, and a 10-15 minute recorded video or slide presentation summarizing the findings. Required Qualifications
- Law degree, immigration law background, or demonstrated experience working with Italian consular/visa matters.
- Strong written and spoken English. Italian language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with visa procedures for Italy and the role of VFS Global (or equivalent outsourcing partners).
- Proven ability to prepare clear, neutral written materials for non-specialists. **Job Type**: Contract
