You will collaborate in managing shared areas, meeting rooms, and flexible workspaces, while also monitoring the quality of services provided and collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement. - ** Collaborate**with **facility service providers** to ensure high-quality standards
- Support **administrative**tasks and **budget monitoring** related to workplace services
- Contribute to operational process **optimization**through **data analysis and reporting**
- Participate in workplace **innovation projects**and implementation of new solutions
- Assist in **sustainability**and **organizational wellbeing** initiatives
- Support internal **communication**related to workplace services and **engagement activities**
- Manage daily** hospitality services**, including space bookings and coordination with operational teams
- Assist in planning and executing **corporate events**,



including **logistics**and **vendor coordination**
- Work closely with internal **stakeholders**such as **People & Culture, Digital, and Communication** teams to ensure a seamless workplace experience **About you**
- Degree in **Economics**, **Business Management,** **Hospitality**, **Facility Management**, **Architecture**, **Design**, or related fields
- Excellent command of **English**(minimum level: B2).
- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with** project management and collaboration tools** (e.g., Teams, SharePoint) is a plus
- Outstanding **interpersonal**and **organizational** skills, attention to **detail**, and **c**omfortable**with multitasking and managing multiple priorities**. **Why choose us?**
