**Ready to kick-start the day at Moxy Verona?** **The Role: Breakfast Waiter**
(6 days a week - morning shift from 5:45 AM to 11:45 AM) You’re the first spark of the day for our guests. Your energy, precision, and warm approach set the tone for a smooth and welcoming morning. From managing the buffet to engaging with guests, you make breakfast feel effortless—and unmistakably Moxy. **Your Main Responsibilities**: - Set up, maintain, and restock the breakfast buffet, ensuring everything stays fresh, tidy, and inviting.
- Welcome guests with confidence, anticipate their needs, and deliver friendly, efficient service.
- Handle dishwashing and keep all work areas clean, organized, and compliant with standards.
- Manage stock rotation and storage of food, beverages, and supplies following all safety procedures.
- Complete opening and closing checklists, keeping operations seamless and consistent.
- Support the Crew with daily F&B; tasks and collaborate across departments when needed.
- Comply with all hygiene, health & safety, and HACCP guidelines.
- Represent the Moxy brand proudly and help promote Marriott Bonvoy.
- Stay flexible and adapt to operational needs, including being fully responsible for breakfast on low-occupancy days, when you may be the only F&B; Crew Member on shift.
- Take on any additional tasks that fit your role when required. **What You Bring**: - Ideally at least 1 year of experience in hospitality or similar service roles.




- **Excellent Italian and English skills**, spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage the breakfast service independently when needed.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety; HACCP certification preferred but not essential.
- Good digital skills; knowledge of Opera and/or Infrasys Shiji is a plus.
