Our boutique showcases exclusive, Italian-made niche eyewear designed for a refined and international clientele. Although we operate within the optical sector, our products are treated as high-fashion and design objects. This role requires a strong aesthetic sensibility, attention to detail, and excellence in presentation. **Required Qualifications**
- **Minimum five years of sales experience**, ideally within luxury, fashion, or eyewear environments. We are seeking a mature, autonomous, and highly professional individual comfortable interacting with a discerning international clientele.
- **Fluency in English** is essential, as 90% of our customers are foreign and communicate exclusively in English.
- **Passion for fashion, design, and eyewear**—a genuine interest in these areas is a valued asset.
- **Professionalism, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills**, with a natural aptitude for sales.
