Lamezia Terme Airport (SUF) and Reggio Calabria Airport (REG). conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and regulatory
requirements. ** Key Responsibilities**: - Manage and supervise all operational activities within the station and hangars, ensuring
adherence to SEAS and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the condition of facilities, tools, and equipment, ensuring they meet operational
and safety requirements.
- Oversee staff competencies, including On-the-Job Training (OJT), authorizations, and
approvals.
- Coordinate the personnel assessment process in collaboration with departments such as
Quality Assurance (QA) and Planning.
- Ensure optimal use and maintenance of station and hangar resources, tools, and materials.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective, timely solutions. **Requirements**:



- Proven experience in both Line and Hangar Management roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and
manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; willingness to learn new software tools.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and operational challenges.
