The Concierge handles Guest services management providing an excellent service at all times, exceeding our Guests’ expectations and making their stay as one of a kind.
**Reports to**: Head Concierge. **Main duties & responsibilities**: - Plan all Guest services within the property and the area and manages all Guests’ requests according to the company policies, procedures and standards; - Act as the point of reference for Guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirement; - Anticipate customer’s needs and provide personalised solutions by suggesting activities and outlets provided by the hotel or the area; - Suggest and arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel residents; - Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls; - Have knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies as well as a good knowledge of the local area; - Keep the Front Desk staff well informed of Guests’ preferences, providing assistance when needed. **We offer**:

- **Technical Skills**: Demonstrate technical competence and knowledge related to the role. **Other requirements**: - Professional experience, preferably at international level, in the same role; - Advanced level of English knowledge.
