- Lead the design and delivery of driver training aligned with national standards (RPPD NPC).
- Support the CDI in managing the Driver Training team and maintaining high instructional standards.
- Provide expert advice to internal and external stakeholders on driver training and operational matters.
- Monitor and mentor students and staff, promoting professional development and ethical conduct. About you
- Proven experience in police driver training or a related instructional role.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, APP, and national curriculum standards.
- Ability to manage training schedules, assess risk, and maintain compliance. You will be
