Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations
- Actively participate in recruitment fairs and networking events
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment **Requirements**: - Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry and staffing needs




- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience with ATS and recruitment metrics
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certified Recruitment Professional (e.g., CHRP, AIRS)
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory issues in healthcare recruitment
- Experience with healthcare technology trends or staffing
