Overview: As a Channel Evolution CVM Strategy Trainee, you will play a support role within the Customer Value Management team at Sisal Italy, working as part of the Channel Evolution Team. What you’ll do: - Support prioritizing activities based on business value, user impact and technical feasibility, by conducting business impact analysis- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends- Monitor key metrics and behavioral data to evaluate channel/feature performances- Analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation on all Sisal touchpoints- You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, collaborating with colleagues from different countries and sharing best practices.
