Full-time | 60 hours per week | €3,500 net/month | Start ASAP International American/French family based in beautiful Fiesole (Florence area) is looking for an experienced and dedicated live-in nanny to care primarily for their 6-month-old baby. This is a long-term, full-time position for a professional nanny with strong infant experience. **Schedule**: - 60 hours per week
- Start time: 7:00/8:00 AM
- Live-in position (accommodation provided) **Main Responsibilities**: - Full care of a 6-month-old baby
- Establishing and maintaining routines
- Supporting sleep training
- Baby-related duties
- Occasional travel with the family if required **Salary & Benefits**: - €3,500 net per month
- Accommodation provided
- 13th salary paid separately (as per Italian domestic contract)
- TFR (end-of-service payment) paid separately
- 26 working days of paid holiday
- Paid sick leave (as per Italian domestic contract)
- Fuel reimbursement if using personal car for work purposes
- Sunday/holiday overtime paid according to national domestic workers agreement
- Extensive experience with infants (essential)
- Confident with sleep training
- Professional, discreet and reliable
- Comfortable in a live-in role
- Speaks English and/or French and/or Italian
