Onitsuka Tiger is looking for an experienced **Store Manager** to lead our flagship location in **Milan, Piazza Liberty**. In this role, you’ll elevate the team, the brand, and the store’s performance — shaping one of the most iconic Japanese high-fashion lifestyle brands in Europe. You’ll lead a diverse team of 30 talents, collaborate closely with our EMEA Retail, HR teams, and global HQ in Japan, and play a central role in growing an already profitable and sustainable business. **What makes you a great fit**:

- Reduce turnover through strong leadership and a motivating work climate **What We are looking for**: - Extensive experience as a Store Manager, Department Manager, District Manager, or Area Manager
- Proven success leading teams in premium or high‑fashion retail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional partners
- Fluent in **Italian and English**: - Milan-based (or willing to relocate)
- Confident, empathetic, and highly customer‑centric
- Skilled in handling complex employee relations matters
