Role OverviewWe're looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist who thinks like a strategist, creative person and optimizer—someone who understands customer behavior, identifies growth opportunities, and continuously improves marketing performance through experimentation. You'll be responsible for developing new funnels, conducting market and competitor research, generating hypotheses,



managing A/B testing initiatives, and collaborating closely with Creative, Media Buying, Analytics, and IT teams to deliver measurable business results. Success in this role means constantly asking "How can we improve conversion?" and using data to find the answer.
- Conduct market, audience, and competitor research for new and existing clients.
- Develop new landing page concepts and marketing funnels.
- Generate, prioritize, and document CRO hypotheses.
