Product Sales Expert – Specialty Lab Solutions (Pharmacotoxicology) within our Diagnostics Sales organization. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside a team of technical and scientific experts in the field of Pharmacotoxicology.
We are currently seeking candidates for two positions : one based in Central-Northern Italy and one in Central-Southern Italy.
Your role:
Regularly visit existing customers to monitor satisfaction levels,
identify areas for improvement, and uncover new opportunities, working in close alignment with the sales force
Based on active opportunities and sales funnel analysis, proactively collaborate with the team (including Territory Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Consulting Solutions) to identify business opportunities
Define priorities and support activities according to the sales pipeline, sharing action plans with the relevant Territory Manager and involving other company functions when necessary
Analyze the customer's organizational and technological environment (e.g., workflow analysis, deal strategy sheet) and design the most appropriate solution to meet customer needs
Effectively present products and solutions, highlighting key differentiators of the offering
Build and maintain networks with laboratory managers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the field
Contribute to the training, continuous dev
