This role offers the opportunity to be part of the Market Quality Operations (MQO) team, supporting quality excellence across the Go-To-Marketorganisation. You will act as a key partner for business functions,customersandlogisticsteams, ensuring product quality, regulatorycomplianceand cold chain excellence throughout the market.
You will play a crucial role in safeguarding consumer experience, driving continuous improvementinitiativesand supporting the resolution of quality issues,incidentsand customer concerns. The role also contributes to the implementation of quality programs, warehouse compliance,



collaborative manufacturingoversightand the execution of global quality standards at local level.
Whatyou'llberesponsiblefor Lead and drive Market Quality Operations activities across the country, ensuring compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements, while acting as the key quality representative for the market.
Partner with Logistics teams to drive end-to-end cold chain excellence,monitoringtemperature control, traceability, blocked stockmanagementand warehouse performance.
Lead warehouse audits, track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and support continuous improvement initiatives across distribution operations.
Monitor quality KPIs and conduct data analysis toidentifytrends,risksand opportunities for improvement.
Act as the primary point of contact for critical consumer and customer quality complaints, providing leadership on investigations, corrective actions, stakeholderalignmentand executive reporting whererequired.
