JHC Consulting is seeking a Project Management Associate to support our ongoing advisory mandates. Much of our current focus involves a partner based in Milan, where we are providing counsel on long term governance and strategic positioning. This role is a vital part of our analytical process, serving as the link between complex data gathering and the final written memoranda we deliver to boards and chief executives. We are an independent practice that values deep reading and precise writing over the usual ceremonies of the consulting industry. This is a fully remote position designed for an individual who is organized, intellectually curious, and capable of working without constant supervision.

The Role
In this position, you will coordinate the various streams of information that feed into our advisory work. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Organizing and maintaining the library of internal corporate documents and research materials for our Milan based engagement.




Tracking the progress of multiple mandates to ensure that our principals meet every deadline for written counsel.
Synthesizing large volumes of reading material into brief, clear summaries that highlight internal inconsistencies or gaps in logic.
Assisting with the structural review of our memoranda, ensuring that all claims are supported by the provided data.
Managing the communication schedule between our firm and the executive offices we advise.
Maintaining a rigorous record of all assumptions made during the analytical phase of a project.
Ensuring that the final documents meet our internal standards for clarity, formatting, and professional tone.
