Key Responsibilities
Independently develop the Italian solar PV market and build relationships with key customers, including EPC companies, project developers, power plant owners and other major industry partners.
Identify business opportunities for ground-mounted, rooftop and BIPV mounting system projects.
Manage the full sales process, from initial customer contact and project development to technical solution coordination, commercial negotiation and contract signing.
Work closely with the internal technical team to provide suitable solutions based on customer and project requirements.
Achieve annual sales targets and continuously expand Antaisolar's presence in the Italian market.
Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery.
Maintain long-term relationships with key local customers and improve customer satisfaction.
Monitor Italian market trends and competitor activities and provide market insights and recommendations for local business strategy.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions,



customer meetings and other business development activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
Experience in solar PV, renewable energy or related B2B sales is preferred.
Strong customer development, communication and commercial negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented, proactive and able to work effectively under pressure.
Fluent Italian as a working language.
Strong business English communication skills.
Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the year and adapt to the European business environment.
Existing relationships with Italian solar customers, EPC companies, developers or other relevant industry partners will be a strong advantage.

About the role
This position offers the opportunity to take responsibility for the development of Antaisolar's business in Italy, working directly with customers and internal technical teams on a wide range of solar projects across the country.
