You'll get to:* Coordinate and supervise all technical functions within the plant, including production, planning, engineering, maintenance, and continuous improvement, to achieve operational objectives.* Translate the Plant Manager's strategic directives into clear and actionable operational plans, ensuring effective execution across the site.* Lead and develop technical teams by fostering collaboration, engagement, accountability,
