LOGISTICS OFFICE EMPLOYEE:
Your daily responsibilities:
Within the Logistics Department, your goal will be to ensure on-time shipments by optimizing every stage of the transport process. Specifically:

You will plan logistics flows: you will manage the allocation of goods, acting as a liaison between purchasing and sales

You will optimize routes: you will calculate loads and routes to maximize efficiency, reducing waste and transit times

You will coordinate and plan carrier activities

You will monitor every shipment in real time

You will process transport orders and manage technical documentation, providing constant updates (ETA, vehicle details, and delivery notifications)

You will handle unforeseen issues, including managing the logistics of returning claimed goods

You will monitor logistics flows:



you will assist in creating reports to continuously improve the department’s performance.

Your fluency in German will allow you to interact effectively with the international markets in which we operate

Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving mindset will enable you to anticipate future scenarios and manage unforeseen events while minimizing their impact

Your expertise in Excel will help the team streamline operational procedures

Your interpersonal skills will improve relationships with business partners and teamwork

Knowledge of English, relevant academic qualifications, and/or prior experience in similar roles (import/export or logistics), preferably in the food or retail sector, will be considered a plus
