The Purchasing Supervisor supports the Purchasing Manager in overseeing the procurement, receiving, and inventory management activities across the hotel. This role ensures the timely acquisition of goods and services, maintains strong supplier relationships, supports cost control initiatives, and guarantees compliance with company purchasing policies and quality standards. The Purchasing Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring operational departments have the resources required to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining financial efficiency.
Supervise daily purchasing activities to ensure the timely procurement of goods and services required for hotel operations.
Source and evaluate products through quotation analysis and market research to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
