We are looking for an experienced Engineering Planner to join our Engineering team in Milan.

This role focuses on Engineering Planning & Control, ensuring full visibility of engineering deliverables, document revisions, approval workflows, KPIs, multidisciplinary coordination, and engineering progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage engineering deliverables, document registers, revision tracking, approval workflows, and document control.

✔ Monitor engineering progress, milestones, interfaces, and multidisciplinary deliverables.

✔ Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Controls, and Document Control teams.

✔ Prepare engineering KPI dashboards, S-Curves, progress reports, forecasting, and schedule impact assessments.

✔ Identify delays, bottlenecks, and support recovery plans.

✔ Maintain engineering schedules aligned with the Project Master Schedule.





✔ Ensure compliance with engineering procedures and document management processes.

Requirements

✅ Engineering Degree.

✅ 5+ years of Engineering Planning experience in EPC projects.

✅ Strong knowledge of engineering deliverables, document control, revision management, engineering workflows, approval processes, and KPIs.

✅ Good understanding of multidisciplinary engineering and design processes.

✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel.

✅ Primavera P6 preferred.

✅ Microsoft Project is a plus.

✅ Fluent English.

✅ Availability to work on-site in Milan and travel occasionally within Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East.

Preferred

⭐ Offshore & Subsea project experience.

⭐ Experience with international EPC projects.

⭐ Knowledge of Engineering Management Systems, document management platforms, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
