We are looking for a hands-on, flexible and problem-solving oriented person to join our operations team and help us deploy and operate robots in real-world environments.
This is a tempo parziale field-based position for someone who is comfortable working directly with technology, moving between different tasks, and dealing with situations that don't always go according to plan.
You will be working closely with our robots on-site, supporting their daily operation and helping us continuously improve the technology. You will also act as an important link between the field and our development team, providing clear and actionable feedback about what works, what doesn't, and what could be improved.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of robotics, AI and real-world operations.
What you will do
- Operate and supervise robots in real-world environments.
- Prepare robots for daily operations and ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Follow established operational procedures while adapting to unexpected situations.
- Collect and document operational data, observations and issues.
- Identify problems with robot behavior, hardware, software or workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and find practical solutions when possible.
- Communicate issues and observations clearly to the development and operations teams.
- Provide continuous feedback to help improve robot performance, AI behavior and product usability.
- Test new features, workflows and improvements in real-world conditions.
- Support the team in creating and refining operational procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail when reporting issues.
