Head of Creative & Brand Strategy

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Creative & Brand Strategy to lead the growth and evolution of our consumer brand across Brazil and Latin America. In this leadership role, you will own the brand positioning, voice, visual identity, and creative direction that drive awareness, consideration, and customer growth. You will oversee the Brand & Creative Studio team, ensuring the delivery of high-impact brand and performance marketing assets while fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong brand strategy expertise, performance-driven creative leadership, and hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered creative tools to scale content production and accelerate go-to-market execution.

Core Background & Work Experience:
Agency-to-In-House Hybrid: Nice to have: 4–5 years in a creative agency (e.g., Creative Director, Associate Creative Director) followed by 3–5 years in-house owning brand strategy or growth creative (e.g., Head of Creative,



Brand & Content Director).
Proven Performance Creative Track Record: Experience building and scaling performance-driven creative teams where assets are optimized based on data (CAC, conversion rates, and creative win rates) rather than subjective visual appeal alone.
AI Tooling & Workflow Integration: Candidate must actively use and implement AI-driven production workflows (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT/Claude for prompt-based ideation and brief generation, Runway, HeyGen, or similar tools) to accelerate production time-to-launch.

Key Responsibilities:
Consumer brand strategy & positioning — Owns brand positioning, voice, and visual identity for the core B2C business — this is the primary mandate given the reporting line. Drives brand awareness and consideration in LATAM/Brazil, tracked through Share of Search and brand sentiment, and owns the narrative that supports enrollment growth and reduces paid CAC
