a Technical Application Scientist, finds fulfilling about this role: /p h3What will you do /h3 ul lipProvide expert-level technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific chemical product portfolios by addressing customer inquiries via telephone, email, and web chat.
/p /li lipOwn and manage technical cases from initial inquiry through resolution, ensuring timely, high-quality customer support.
/p /li lipCollaborate with internal teams including Quality Assurance and Product Management to resolve complex technical issues and identify effective solutions.
/p /li lipMaintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within CRM systems to support service excellence and continuous improvement.
/p /li lipProactively recommend enhancements to technical knowledge bases, websites, processes and other company-managed resources to improve usability and customer experience.

or a related scientific discipline.
/p /li lip1–5 years of hands?on laboratory experience, with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot experiments and interpret scientific data.
/p /li lipStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
/p /li lipCustomer?focused mindset with a passion for delivering high?quality scientific support.
/p /li lipAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
/p /li lipFluency in German and English (required).
Additional language (Spanish, French or Italian) is a plus.
