/p h3Your Role /h3 pAs a Program Manager, you'll lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects with strong technological and strategic impact.
/p pYou'll take full ownership from planning to execution, coordinate international teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership - driving alignment, innovation, and transformation across markets.
/p h3A few examples of your responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan and lead complex fintech and banking programs, defining roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
/li liCoordinate cross-functional teams (e.g. Tech and Product) and manage vendors or clients.
/li liDrive the successful delivery of multi-stream programs aligned with BKN301's strategy.
/li liBuild and maintain governance and reporting frameworks for visibility and control.
/li liManage risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple workstreams.
/li liPromote Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and continuous improvement.




/li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in fintech, banking, or consulting.
/li liProven track record in IT transformation programs, migrations, or regulatory-driven projects.
/li liExperience managing complex, international programs (multi-country or multi-stream).
/li liStrong stakeholder management and leadership skills across technical and business areas.
/li liExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
/li liFamiliarity with Agile frameworks and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence).
/li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 ul liBackground in finance, economics, or consulting (Big4).
/li liExperience in scaleups or fintech environments (BaaS, payments, digital banking).
/li liKnowledge of PSD2, AML, GDPR, and cloud/SaaS ecosystems.
