/ph3About the Role /h3pThe Store Manager acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring the flagship store reflects the highest standards of service, product presentation, hospitality and brand image.
The role develops relationships with private clients, interior designers and architects while overseeing daily store operations and team performance.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ullistrongSales Business Development /strongbrDrive store sales and overall business performance across all product categories by analysing performance data, setting clear goals for the team, and implementing improvement strategies.
Translate HQ objectives into actionable plans, provide regular sales reporting and forecasts, and promote cross?selling across categories.
/lilistrongClient Experience Clienteling /strongbrEnsure an excellent luxury client experience throughout the full journey—from first contact to after?sales follow?up.
Support the team in building client loyalty, maintain accurate CRM usage, and uphold the Ralph Lauren Home brand image.
/lilistrongStore Operations Brand Standards /strongbrMaintain store presentation, visual merchandising and product displays in line with luxury standards.
Oversee stock accuracy, inventory counts, product care, and store maintenance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
/lilistrongTeam Management /strongbrLead, motivate and develop the store team.
Organise induction, training, briefings and one?to?one meetings.
Foster a collaborative, high?performing culture and ensure effective staffing and coverage.




/li /ulh3Experience /h3ulli5–10 years of experience in luxury retail, luxury interiors, furniture, home décor, design or lifestyle brands.
/liliPrevious store?management experience is required.
/liliProven sales track record and strong commercial awareness.
/liliExperience working with private clients, interior designers and architects.
/liliStrong knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, textiles, and accessories (preferred).
/liliBachelor's degree preferred (Interior Design, Architecture, Design, Business or related field).
/li /ulh3Skills /h3ulliStrong sensitivity to luxury, interiors, aesthetics and client experience.
/liliStrong analytical skills and knowledge of retail KPIs.
/liliExcellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
