ph3Supply Chain Representative /h3pPlay a key role in ensuring smooth manufacturing operations by aligning material availability and production plans with customer demand. Working closely with Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain teams, you will coordinate short-term planning activities, support material availability and help drive reliable product delivery. This position offers broad exposure across site operations and the opportunity to make a direct impact on production continuity, customer service and supply chain performance while ensuring compliance with ERP processes, safety and quality standards. Ideal for professionals who enjoy problem-solving, cross‑functional collaboration and driving operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport short-term production and supply planning within the planning time fence based on demand and supply signals. /liliAssist in production scheduling and material planning activities in coordination with Manufacturing and Supply Chain stakeholders. /liliMonitor planning exceptions and material shortages using ERP and planning systems, following defined procedures and escalation rules. /liliTrack execution versus plan and follow up on delays, non-executed schedules, or supply constraints. /liliSupport actions to minimize backorders and service disruptions. /liliEnsure adherence to SIOP processes, logistics standards, and internal supply chain policies. /liliPlan and coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities, including road and ocean freight, coordinating with Logistics Coordinator as needed. /liliSupport import activities for raw materials and other inbound supplies. /liliAssist in supplier payment‑related activities (purchase requests, invoice verification, goods receipt) for logistics services. /liliPrepare and maintain documentation required for daily inbound and outbound logistics operations. /liliEnsure accuracy and maintenance of logistics‑related master data in ERP systems.
/liliApply EHS rules and contribute to a strong safety culture in all logistics and supply chain activities. /liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, service, and process efficiency. /liliParticipate in periodic reviews with logistics service providers as required. /liliActively participate in global supply chain and logistics digitization initiatives, supporting the adoption of standard tools, processes, and data‑driven practices. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in management engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline. /lili1+ years of industry experience ERP (SAP). /liliFluent in Italian English. /liliProficient use of Microsoft Office tools. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliBase Pay Range: €29,100 - €42,680 /lilivariable incentive compensation. /lilicompetitive total rewards and development programs. /li /ulpCompensation for this role will be competitive and aligned with market practices in the respective location and, where applicable, with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), including relevant sector agreements (e.g., the Chemical Industry agreement or, for executive roles, the agreement for Executives of Companies Producing Goods and Services in Italy). Actual pay is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, and geographic location. Where applicable, country‑specific salary ranges will be communicated during the hiring process in line with local pay transparency regulations. This role may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation.
