Design, implement, and operate cloud-native infrastructure on Microsoft Azure to support MSC Cruises’ global IT services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liImplement and maintain cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure aligned with MSC architecture and standards /li liManage and optimize Azure environments ensuring availability, performance, and cost efficiency /li liSupport and execute cloud migration initiatives from on-premises to Azure platforms /li liDevelop and maintain infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks (e.g., Terraform, ARM, Bicep) /li liMonitor Azure environments, ensuring proactive incident management and performance optimization /li liImplement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions in the cloud /li liApply Azure security best practices including IAM, encryption, and compliance with corporate policies /li liTroubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues across environments /li liCollaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in cloud engineering with strong focus on Microsoft Azure /li liExperience in enterprise environments with large-scale cloud platforms and services /li liFluency in English required; additional languages considered an advantage /li liAdvanced hands-on knowledge of Azure services (compute, networking, storage, identity, monitoring).



/li liStrong hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise application delivery, security, and API management architectures using Azure Front Door, Azure Application Gateway, Web Application Firewall (WAF), and Azure API Management. /li liExcellent knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID (RBAC, Conditional Access, PIM), Azure CLI, Power Shell scripting. /li liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305) preferred /li liStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a hands-on technical mindset /li liAbility to manage complex cloud environments and deliver under pressure /li liStrong collaboration and communication skills across global teams /li liContinuous learning mindset with focus on cloud technologies and automation /li /ul h3Visa Requirements /h3 ul liRight to work in Italy. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pIn compliance with the applicable pay transparency legislation, the following information is provided regarding the initial compensation foreseen for the position. /p h3Contract /h3 ul liType of contract: Permanent /li liHybrid working model:
