Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement a management controlling system to monitor and track ordinary business and strategic project initiativesMonitor the results of initiatives and assess their impact on financial statementsCollaborate with other Units within the Claims Department and global operating entities to deploy the initiatives of the PlanUpdate and revise priorities listed in the Plan based on observed results of initiativesSuggest additional initiatives to ensure the achievement of targets identified in the PlanCoordinate reporting preparation and updates at the Allianz Group levelKey Requirements/Skills/ExperienceMaster's degree in Economics, Business, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, or a related field1-3 years of previous working experience; if in a consultancy environment ( e.g. Planning & Controlling, M&A;, or equivalent) would be a plusProactive approach in collaborating with other business functionsExcellent knowledge of:

SAS application platform, particularly SAS Base and SAS Macro programming languages and the Output Delivery System (ODS) moduleMicrosoft Office™ tools and VBA programming languageSQL languagePower BI and reporting platformsCelonis software and process mining analysis

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills in EnglishBasic Knowledge of ChatGPT or similar AI tools would be a plus
