ph3Industrial Supply Chain Planner Accessories – Milan (Italy) /h3 pWithin the Accessories Industrial Division based in Milan, the Industrial Supply Chain Planner reports to the Supply Chain Manager. /p pThis role is responsible for defining, securing and monitoring production plans for the assigned product categories, ensuring alignment with seasonal launch milestones and continuity of supply for permanent products. The position plays a key role in balancing business needs, supplier capacities and industrial constraints to ensure reliable deliveries and support overall supply chain performance. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 pbKey Responsibilities /b /p pbProduction planning and supply execution /b /p ul liDefine and manage production plans for the assigned accessories categories, in line with launch calendars, demand assumptions and supply constraints. /li liEnsure the availability and timely delivery of seasonal products to support launch readiness. /li liSecure the continuity of supply for permanent products, considering demand variability, lead times, minimum order quantities and replenishment needs. /li liIssue production orders in line with lead times and MOQ requirements and ensure order confirmations are properly followed up. /li liMonitor shipment execution versus planning assumptions and identify gaps requiring corrective actions. /li liEnsure production planning data and PDP updates are accurate and timely in the relevant systems. /li /ul pbSupplier management and capacity coordination /b /p ul liBuild strong and constructive relationships with suppliers to ensure alignment between business requirements, production plans and available capacities. /li liMonitor suppliers’ adherence to commitments in terms of capacity, raw material readiness, production progress and delivery reliability. /li liDefine and lead the appropriate governance with suppliers, including meeting routines, reporting tools, follow-up mechanisms and on-site visits when needed. /li liContribute to the definition and management of required industrial capacity for launches and permanent products, in close collaboration with Purchasing and Pole Managers. /li liAnticipate risks and raise alerts internally in case of deviation from supplier commitments or capacity constraints, while supporting the definition of mitigation actions. /li liContribute to the management of anticipation levers such as security stock, pre-buying and capacity reservation where relevant. /li /ul pbCross-functional industrial coordination and decision support /b /p ul liCoordinate with NPI, Buyers,
Industrialization and Quality teams to ensure the most appropriate industrial response to product launch requirements. /li liWork closely with Supply Chain and Merchandising teams at HQ to provide reliable visibility on delivery commitments and industrial feasibility. /li liPrepare and actively contribute to key cross-functional meetings, including Points Métiers and PDP reviews. /li liSupport decision-making by identifying industrial constraints, capacity limitations, supply risks and possible trade-offs. /li liEnsure clear, fact-based and timely communication to stakeholders regarding planning status, delivery outlook, risks and action plans. /li liWork in close collaboration with supply chain, merchandising, buyers, and suppliers to identify and mitigate risks of material breakage on seasonal and end-of-life products. /li /ul pbPerformance monitoring and continuous improvement /b /p ul liCompile and share regular reports on the status of seasonal launches and permanent product deliveries. /li liMonitor relevant KPIs related to planning reliability, supplier performance and delivery execution, and share results with the relevant teams. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing planning processes, tools and data reliability. /li liIdentify system issues, clearly document them, coordinate with IT on ticket resolution, and elevate recurring problems when necessary. /li liWork closely with Transformation and Innovation teams to improve planning tools, processes and ways of working. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pbProfile /b /p ul liDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning or industrial planning roles. /li liStrong knowledge of planning and supply chain processes in an industrial environment. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and SAP. /li liFluent in Italian and English; French would be a plus.
