About The Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of Italian speakers around the world? We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal content and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound natural, expressive, and authentically human.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a professional-level Italian voice, a quiet recording setup, and a sharp ear for what great audio sounds like.

Important: This work is AI-related but does not involve voice cloning.

What You'll Do

- Record high-quality voice samples in Italian based on provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to help improve AI-generated speech quality
- Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, flow, and natural delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

- Fluent Italian speaker with a clear, expressive, and engaging vocal delivery




- Professional experience in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields
- Access to a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
- Naturally detail-oriented — you notice nuances in pronunciation, rhythm, and tone
- Reliable and self-motivated when working independently without supervision

Nice to Have

- Experience in broadcast, animation, commercial voice-over, or e-learning narration
- Familiarity with audio editing tools or recording software
- Awareness of regional Italian dialects or accent variations
- Prior exposure to AI audio evaluation or speech dataset projects
