Timing them as first goal /li liReporting Depot maintenance activities status and follow up /li liKeep always Production teams informed about scheduled time slots /li liInterface between maintenance team leaders, retrofit teams, engineering teams and all kind of external company teams /li liSupervision/coordination of maintenance activities on all trains in workshop according to fixed time slots during planning meetings /li liBeing informed about workshop infrastructure status, especially about needed special tool to carry maintenance activity out /li liCheck production team workload under control, in order to ensure the best saturation as possible /li liVerification of compliance with time slots planned for all ordinary maintenance train cycle (hand over in, servicing, maintenance, internal cleaning, pre-service check and hand over out) /li liVerification of compliance with scheduled departure and arrival time in Depot. Check and reporting of all delay reasons /li liBringing into default planning items special request coming from all project team and scheduling them using SAP system /li liReporting all cumulated delays and root cause of them. Analysing delaying issues in order to better perform in similar future circumstances.
/li liInterfacing with Supply Chain team /li liUsing Indus evaluation KPI to check and optimize Prod workload on shift, according to planning scheduled /li liAttendance to any extraordinary planning meeting to face contingency /li liCreating and releasing of notification and service orders related to corrective activities and preventive ones, if required. /li liOptimize fleet maintenance planning based on availability KPI target and identify possible backup solutions when needed to reach the target /li liMeasure and monitor planning efficiency and propose continuous improvement /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEngineering Degree or related fields /li liAt least 3 years of experience in process supervision/management and production environment /li liPrevious experience in planning (railway or airway or production) /li liStrong maintenance process knowledge /li liAvailability to work on a rotating three-shift /li liWork experience in ECM management, railways and train system instruction/knowledge, ECM rules knowledge will be considered a plus /li liGood IT skills, especially SAP (CS/PM modules) and Microsoft Office Package /li liExcellent communication skills at all levels /li liFlexibility in daily work and resilience in critical situations /li liAbility to make decisions, sense of urgency: sets priorities and reacts immediately when confronted with a problem. /li liGood knowledge of English and Local Language /li /ul pType of contract: Permanent /p pLocation: Milan (North) /p pRange RAL: 35.500€ - 47.300€ /p pYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. /p pWe guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. /p h3Important to note /h3 pAs a global business, we’re an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 63 countries we operate in.
