ph3Technical Learning Development Partner – Critical Operations /h3h3Role Summary /h3pBased in Milan, the EMEA Technical Learning Development Partner - Critical Operations will design and deliver engaging technical learning programmes for Critical Operations Technicians (COTs) and Critical Operations Engineers (COEs) across EMEA. Working alongside subject matter experts, you will build learning pathways, competency frameworks and scalable training solutions that support operational readiness and career development. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDeliver instructor-led, virtual and practical training across Italy, Norway, Switzerland and future EMEA locations. /liliOwn onboarding, technical development and competency progression for COTs and COEs. /liliDevelop learning pathways, assessments and competency frameworks. /liliMaintain training records and support LMS compliance. /liliDrive consistency of operational standards across EMEA. /liliSupport practical equipment walkdowns, emergency response exercises and operational readiness. /liliPartner with Operations to ensure training reflects SOPs, MOPs, EOPs and SMPs. /liliIdentify training needs from operational feedback, audits and incidents. /liliChampion a culture of safety, operational discipline and continuous learning.
