This role works closely with physicians, clinical staff, and patients to provide high-quality cardiovascular diagnostic services while ensuring accurate documentation, patient education, and effective communication of results. /p h3Essential Responsibilities /h3 h3Cardiovascular Testing Monitoring /h3 ul liPerform and accurately record EKGs. /li liPrepare patients and apply cardiac monitoring devices. /li liEducate patients on the proper use and care of cardiac monitors. /li liIdentify and recognize cardiac rhythms and monitor abnormalities. /li liMaintain accurate logs and documentation of all diagnostic tracings and monitor reports. /li liCommunicate monitor results promptly and effectively with ordering and consulting physicians. /li /ul h3Patient Care /h3 ul liRoom patients and prepare them for examinations and testing. /li liObtain and document patient vital signs. /li liAssist with patient flow to ensure efficient and timely care.
/li liSupport physicians and clinical staff with chart preparation, dictation, and related patient care activities. /li /ul h3Administrative Support /h3 ul liAssist with patient scheduling and ensure appointments are entered appropriately in the scheduling system. /li liMaintain accurate patient records and documentation. /li liPerform general office and clerical duties as assigned. /li /ul h3Equipment Supply Management /h3 ul liPerform routine preventative maintenance and quality checks on cardiovascular equipment. /li liReport equipment concerns promptly to Biomedical Engineering. /li liClean and maintain TEE probes and TEE probe cleaning equipment, as applicable. /li liMonitor inventory, stock supplies, and check supply expiration dates. /li liMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. /li /ul h3Other Duties /h3 ul liPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Required Education /h3 ul liHigh School Diploma or equivalent. /li /ul h3Required Certification /h3 ul liBasic Life Support (BLS) certification. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. /li liBasic computer and data entry skills. /li liStrong interpersonal,
