Your dedication to safety and loss prevention operations provides the guest the same sense of security as they feel in their own home.br/br/bCORE ACTIVITIES /bbr/br/bManaging Security/Loss Prevention Operations /bbr/br/ /pulliAssists the Chief Engineer in administering fire prevention programs and emergency preparedness. /liliFollow proper key control guidelines in loss prevention and in the property. /liliConducts hazard and risk assessments at the property to include quarterly OSHA/SAFETY audits, incident tracking, and the hazard abatement process. /liliDevelops detailed "shut down" procedures for the property to ensure that all areas are secured at the appropriate times. /liliDevelops and implements emergency procedures. /liliComply with applicable federal, state and local law and safety regulations and implement’s local authority requirements /liliDevelop a monthly checklist for all cctv equipment, alarmed doors, and duress alarms to ensure that they are fully functional. /liliIncorporate into patrols, which encompass all areas of the property's interior and exterior, an inspection tour of recording system. /liliMaintains required reports and documentation regarding patrols of property and parking areas. /liliFollow Duty of Care process for the protection of guests and associates. /liliFollows up on all unusual activities in and around the property that would impair the wellbeing of guests and associates. /liliHandles guest problems and complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others. /liliImplements action plans to monitor and control risk. /liliOversees all loss prevention operations to include but not limited to patrol process, emergency response, investigations (initial follow up) for all guest and associate related incidents, shipping and receiving process (makes recommendations for improvement), electronic key system and manager on duties responsibilities. /liliOversees and guides the efforts of the Accident Prevention Committee. /liliOversees first aid program for guests and associates. /liliOversees the claims process and protects company assets by closely monitoring the General Liability and Worker's Compensation cases. /liliConducts investigation of all losses of property assets and refers to proper management for disposition. /liliRecommends follow-up action for security breaches. /liliDeploys security staff to effectively monitor and protect property assets. /liliComply with all Corporate Security safety and security management guidelines and procedures. /liliCompletes proper documentation and reports all employee accident and general liability incidents to Claims Reporting Service. /liliRecognize success across areas of responsibility. /liliIdentifies and makes recommendations for minimizing physical hazards and unsafe work practices. /liliProvides means for obtaining necessary medical attention on a timely basis. /liliConducts hourly employee performance appraisals according to Standard Operating Procedures. /liliIdentifies the educational needs of others, developing formal educational or training programs or classes, and teaching or instructing others. /liliComplete disciplinary procedures and documentation according to Standard and Local Operating Procedures (SOPs and LSOPs) and support the Peer Review Process. /liliMaintain first aid and CPR certifications required for Security officers.br/br/ /li /ulbLeading Security/Loss Prevention Teams /bbr/br/ulliCommunicates the importance of safety procedures, detailing procedure codes,
