/li liExcellent organizational and coordination skills. /li liAbility to drive initiatives and challenge existing practices constructively. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving approach. /li liExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities. /li liAbility to build trust and collaboration across different teams. /li liResults-oriented approach with a strong focus on value delivery. /li /ul h3Ideal Profile /h3 pWe are looking for a Scrum Master who goes beyond facilitating Agile ceremonies and actively contributes to the success of the team and the overall program. /p pThe ideal candidate is a trusted Agile partner who can drive collaboration, remove obstacles, support delivery execution, and create alignment between Business and IT stakeholders in a complex international insurance transformation environment. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, or similar Agile delivery role. /li liProven experience working in Agile environments within complex organizations. /li liExperience supporting cross-functional teams delivering IT transformation initiatives. /li liStrong knowledge of Agile frameworks, principles, and methodologies. /li liExperience collaborating with both Business and IT stakeholders. /li liPrevious experience working in international and multicultural environments. /li liAbility to operate effectively in complex transformation programs. /li liStrong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. /li liExperience with Sprint Planning, delivery management, and Agile execution. /li liExperience supporting backlog refinement and Product Owner activities. /li liKnowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and delivery tracking.
