About the Opportunity

ACM Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a leading international renewable energy service provider with operations across Europe. This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced O&M; professional to take ownership of maintenance operations across a growing portfolio of renewable assets in Italy. For the right candidate, there is a clear and structured pathway into a Head of O&M; position — this is a role with genuine career weight behind it.

The Role

You will lead and coordinate a field-based O&M; team across Italy, ensuring maximum asset performance, contractual compliance, and operational efficiency. You will report directly to senior leadership and play an active role in strategy as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the O&M; department across Field Technicians, Team Leaders and O&M; Managers
- Provide technical guidance and support to O&M; Managers in the field
- Monitor asset performance and take corrective action to ensure maximum output
- Supervise and follow up on all O&M; activities including contractor performance, plant availability and Performance Ratio
- Manage client relationships and ensure all contractual obligations are met
- Prepare monthly performance reports covering production, revenues, expenses, availability and critical issues
- Verify Preventive Maintenance plans are executed on schedule




- Ensure Corrective actions are completed per contract, on time and to the required quality standard
- Manage product warranties and insurance claims
- Plan on-demand site activities (module cleaning, grass cutting, snow removal etc.)
- Identify and scout materials distributors, contractors and service providers
- Ensure full HSE compliance across all site works
- Maintain O&M; logbook and manual
- Manage utility relationships for technical matters
- Prepare client offers relating to O&M; activities
- Contribute to internal executive meetings and broader company strategy

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years' experience in PV / renewable energy O&M;
- Strong analytical, organisational and reporting skills
- Ability to interpret complex O&M; contracts and power plant management agreements
- Comfortable working with asset management and ERP platforms
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communicator with proven client-facing experience
