In the role of Senior IMS & Process Governance Specialist (m/f/d) you will have the opportunity to shape the way our organization works by driving governance, improving business processes and creating alignment across functions. Working closely with Directors and senior stakeholders, you will bring together strong personalities and diverse perspectives to build a pragmatic and scalable management system that goes beyond compliance, enabling collaboration, operational excellence and sustainable growth.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive the development and continuous improvement of Alpitronic’s Integrated Management System (IMS), covering Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety and Information Security
Partner with Directors, Process Owners and subject matter experts across all business functions to align perspectives, clarify interfaces and develop processes that support the success of the organization as a whole
Shape and further develop Alpitronic’s process governance framework to support sustainable growth, accountability and operational excellence
Drive the alignment of processes, procedures and policies with business needs, regulatory requirements and applicable ISO standards
Facilitate workshops and training activities to strengthen process ownership and management system maturity
Drive digitalization of the IMS through effective systems, tools and dashboards, enabling efficient management of complexity, greater transparency and data-driven decision‑making
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, facilitating alignment, challenging constructively and driving implementation without direct authority
Support internal,
certification and customer audits and drive the effective closure of corrective actions
Monitor IMS performance through KPIs, reporting and improvement initiatives
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration or a related field
Several years of professional experience in Integrated Management Systems, Process Management, Operational Excellence or a comparable governance‑related role within a multi‑site industrial environment
Strong practical experience with ISO 9001 and solid knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001
Auditor qualification and experience conducting audits and driving corrective actions
Proven track record in developing and improving business processes, governance structures and cross‑functional ways of working
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust, influence decisions and challenge constructively
Analytical mindset, with a pragmatic approach to problem‑solving
Ability to balance compliance requirements with business‑oriented solutions in a dynamic and fast‑growing environment
Excellent knowledge of English, German and/or Italian

Total compensation starting from € 64.000 gross per year, including a 30% variable premio based on goal achievement
