Job Purpose Support CIDO cost governance by managing budget, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring accurate reporting across IT portfolios.

Key Accountabilities

- Support budget planning and forecasting activities ensuring alignment with approved investment targets
- Monitor IT portfolio costs including CapEx and OpEx ensuring adherence to approved budgets
- Track project expenditures, commitments, accruals, and variances ensuring financial transparency
- Manage purchase orders and vendor costs including creation, tracking, and reconciliation
- Ensure timely tracking and reconciliation of invoices and vendor-related financial commitments
- Support preparation of financial reports and portfolio cost dashboards
- Support budget reviews ensuring compliance with IT financial governance processes
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems
- Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial data
- Identify cost variances and support corrective actions

Qualifications

- At least 3–5 years in IT controlling, finance, or cost management;
- Experience in multinational, enterprise environments, within IT departments are preferred;
- Fluent English and Italian required;
- PC Skills: Advanced Excel; knowledge of SAP, Tagetik, or Power BI is a plus;
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar;
- Competency in: Financial Analysis and Cost Control, Budget Planning and Forecasting, Data Accuracy and Reporting, Stakeholder Coordination;

Contract

- Type of contract: Permanent
- Hybrid working model: 2 days per week remotely
- Applicable Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): “Addetti agli uffici ed ai terminals delle società di navigazione che esercitano l’armamento privato” – sez. personale di terra
- Gross annual salary (RAL): between €28.000 – €35.000 gross per year, paid over 14 monthly installments
- Meal vouchers: worth €8 per on-site working day
