JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Executive supports the commercial growth of Excelsior Hotel Gallia
within the Italian and European markets by developing new business
opportunities, supporting account management activities, and maintaining strong
customer relationships.

Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Sales team, the
Sales Executive contributes to achieving revenue targets through proactive sales
activities, lead generation, client engagement, and market research. The role
focuses on supporting the acquisition, retention, and growth of corporate,
leisure, and MICE accounts while ensuring alignment with the hotel's luxury
positioning and service standards.

This position is ideal for an early-career sales professional looking to develop
expertise in luxury hospitality sales and international market management

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Managing Sales Activities

* Support the execution of sales strategies for the Italian and European
markets.
* Identify and prospect potential corporate, leisure, and MICE clients.
* Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings,



and client follow-ups.
* Generate leads and support new business development initiatives.
* Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
* Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities within CRM
systems.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
* Participate in site inspections, client visits, trade shows, and networking
events.
* Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing teams to support commercial
initiatives.
* Contribute to achieving revenue and production goals established by the Sales
leadership team.
* Support the implementation of promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

Account Management

* Assist in managing a portfolio of existing accounts within Italy and Europe.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners.
