While our laboratories drive scientific excellence, our finance teams ensure the business behind them runs efficiently and sustainably.
Tasks
Support the Team Lead Accounting Italy in the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure smooth, reliable financial processes.
Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payment processing.
Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings in accordance with Italian accounting standards.
Drive the continuous improvement, standardization, and digitalization of accounting processes.
Work confidently with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and contribute to its ongoing optimization.
Transform accounting processes from reactive, ad hoc solutions into structured, scalable, and repeatable workflows.
Collaborate closely with the Group Finance team at our headquarters in Vienna as well as colleagues across our international subsidiaries.
Support tax audits and work closely with external tax advisors and auditors.
Participate in group-wide finance projects and accounting process harmonization initiatives.
Requirements
Degree or commercial qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable field (e.G. Laurea in Economia, Ragioneria e Amministrazione).
