We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Growth Marketing Associate to join our global marketing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants broad exposure across content, social media, events and reporting, while working closely with colleagues across various regions around the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Content Support: Assist with the creation of marketing content including LinkedIn/Instagram posts, web copy, brochures, case studies and presentations, ensuring consistency with Lumi Global's brand voice and tone.




Social Media: Develop, schedule and publish social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram to boost engagement.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and delivery of webinars, conferences and exhibitions, including liaising with vendors, managing attendee lists and assisting with on-site or virtual logistics.
Digital Marketing Support: Assist with email marketing campaigns, landing page updates and basic search engine optimisation tasks such as keyword research, on-page updates and metadata.
Reporting & Analytics: Assist with pulling and organising performance data from HubSpot and Google Analytics to support campaign and pipeline reporting, including website traffic, email performance and paid campaign metrics.
Database Management: Help maintain accurate records in HubSpot, including updating contact details and supporting list segmentation for campaigns.
