MISSION

The Execution Project and Proposal Engineer supports the full lifecycle of




renewable energy projects within an IPP, from early-stage development and
proposal preparation through project execution, commissioning, and handover to
operations.

The role ensures technical and economic feasibility, effective risk management,
and the successful delivery of projects in line with budget, schedule, quality,
and HSE requirements, acting as a key interface between development,
engineering, procurement, construction, finance, and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

PROPOSAL ENGINEERING & DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT

* Conduct technical assessments for solar PV, BESS, and hybrid projects during
development.
* Define preliminary technical solutions, plant layouts, and technology
selection.
* Prepare technical/commercial proposals including CAPEX/OPEX estimates,
schedules, and risk assessments.
* Support business planning, financial modelling, permitting, and technical due
diligence.
* Liaise with EPC contractors
