Job Description
As a Commercial & Professional support specialist, you will play a key role in enabling commercial success by providing operational, administrative, and analytical support to the Sleep & Respiratory Care team. You will help ensure excellent customer experiences, support business growth initiatives, maintain accurate data and reporting, and contribute to the successful execution of field activities and customer engagement programs.
You will interact with internal teams and customers, supporting day-to-day operations while continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and drive operational excellence.
Your role
Support the SRC team with inventory management, customer inquiries related to products and tender requirements, and operational activities associated with customer engagement and field initiatives.
Provide customer support for SRC Software Solutions and assist with the adoption and maintenance of sales support tools and platforms.
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of CRM databases,



customer records, reports, and sales documentation.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, helping resolve routine and moderately complex issues according to established procedures.
Analyze sales performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to generate insights that support commercial decision-making.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities and support strategic sales initiatives.
Assist in the development of commercial presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and sales materials to support customer-facing activities.
Compile and prepare reports on key performance indicators, market developments, and customer engagement activities.
Manage and maintain sales support resources, including product specifications, promotional materials, and commercial tools.
