DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior Software Developer motivated to grow in a innovative environment, developing solid expertise in enterprise application development and microservices architectures.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

- Collaborate with design and development teams to translate requirements into robust, and high-impact solutions.
- Develop scalable and high-performance microservices-based applications using modern technologies (e.g., SpringBoot).
- Design, develop, and optimize REST APIs to enable seamless communication between distributed services and client applications.
- Contribute to innovation by proposing solutions aligned with the latest trends in Data & Analytics.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering,



Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other data-centric disciplines is required (minimum grade: 100/110).
- Knowledge of the fundamental concepts of Object-Oriented Programming.
- Familiarity with Java.
- Basic knowledge of the fundamentals of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Team-oriented mindset.

NICE TO HAVE

- No prior work experience is required. Relevant internships or projects will be considered a plus.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and/or Angular.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) will be considered a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, etc.) will be considered a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER

- A concrete recognition of your achievement – The applicable Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement. The starting gross annual salary (RAL) will range from €25,000 to €36,000, depending on your academic achievements, technical skills, and any previous professional experience.
