About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Director to become a key strategic partner to senior leadership in managing the company's financial direction. This is not merely an administrative role, it is a position that shapes the financial health, stability, and growth of a business behind products enjoyed by millions of consumers worldwide.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with international standards (IFRS)
- Analyze business unit profitability and provide strategic recommendations to top management




- Manage financial risk, tax planning, and coordination with external auditors
- Lead and mentor the finance department team, fostering growth and professional development
- Liaise with the parent company and international group divisions

Requirements

- University degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG companies
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Proven experience in team management and strategic planning
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong analytical mindset, leadership skills, and a high sense of accountability
