Field Services Coordinator – Italian & French Markets

Location: Europe – ideally Italy / France

Office: Ferrara, Italy – hybrid, typically 2 days per week where practical

Languages: Fluent Italian, French and English required

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Field Services Coordinator to support field service operations across the Italian and French markets.

You will take ownership of installation and service work orders, coordinating customers, technicians, installation partners and internal teams to ensure installations, maintenance and hardware replacements are completed efficiently and professionally.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in field service coordination, automotive, telematics, fleet management, vehicle technology, logistics or technical customer support .

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate installations, maintenance and replacement activities across the Italian and French markets.
- Manage work orders from creation through to completion.
- Review installation requirements, equipment, quantities and accessories including cameras, harnesses and hardware.
- Coordinate technicians, installation partners, customers and internal teams.
- Guide customers through the installation process and provide clear next steps.
- Manage multiple service requests, customers and external partners simultaneously.
- Troubleshoot basic technical and installation-related queries.
- Read and interpret installation manuals and technical documentation.
- Track service performance, SLAs and operational KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records within service management systems.
- Work closely with Logistics, Customer Support, Sales, Safety, Training and Customer Success teams.




- Escalate more complex technical issues when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and service efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety requirements and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

- Fluent Italian, French and English – written and spoken.
- 2+ years' experience in field service coordination, operations, logistics, technical support or a similar role.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Exposure to automotive, vehicles, fleet management, telematics, IoT, GPS, vehicle tracking or hardware installations is highly advantageous.
- Comfortable understanding different vehicle types, equipment and basic vehicle electrical or hardware installation processes.
- Able to read technical manuals and installation guides.
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and time-management skills.
- Able to coordinate multiple technicians, vendors, customers and timelines at once.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking ability.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with evolving systems and processes.
- Confident using technology, reporting tools and AI-enabled tools.

You do not need to be an engineer. We are looking for someone who can understand the technical environment, communicate clearly with customers and technicians, and take ownership of a service process from start to finish.

Location flexibility: Candidates may be based outside Italy, provided they are located within a European country where the company operates and can meet any agreed office requirements.
