THE ROLEWe are looking for developers and traders interested in building systems for on-chain markets. You will work on strategies and infrastructure interacting directly with decentralized protocols, where execution, timing, and market structure are critical.

- strong programming skills (Rust, Python, Go, or similar)
- understanding of blockchain fundamentals and smart contracts
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- experience working in Linux environments
- interest in DeFi markets and trading systems
