Our Projects, Energy,
Environment & Resources Practice The team is widely renowned for being at the forefront of the energy infrastructure M&A; sector, as well as of the applicable regulation worldwide. Our lawyers are able to provide comprehensive advice to the whole range of stakeholders (financial investors, infrastructure funds, large corporations, sponsors, contractors and public authorities) across a wide range of sectors including infrastructure, transport, renewable and conventional forms of energy as well as oil, gas and LNG.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an Associate to join the team, with a primary focus on corporate, M&A;, and related advisory areas. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile matters, supporting clients through all stages:
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and other strategic transactions;
- Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence activities;
- Work closely with colleagues from other practice areas and offices on multidisciplinary and cross-border matters;
- Support and supervise junior team members, where appropriate.
About
About You
- Degree in Law with excellent academic record;
- Approximately 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Corporate and M&A;, gained at a leading international law firm;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, managing multiple priorities effectively;
- Excellent English and Italian level (C1);
