PR & Media Senior Specialist (Fixed Term Contract)

At Salewa we are looking for a PR & Communications Senior Specialist who will support earned media visibility, brand storytelling, and cultural relevance across key markets.
Working closely with Marketing, Brand, Product, Digital and regional teams, this role supports the execution of PR and communications activities across product launches, brand campaigns, athlete and creator storytelling, events, media relations, and community activations.
Support the execution of global PR and communications strategies aligned with brand and commercial priorities
Manage media relations including outreach to journalists, editors, creators and key opinion leaders across outdoor, sport,



lifestyle and fashion media
Coordinate seasonal PR activities including press releases, media kits, product seeding and campaign amplification, supporting product launches across key markets
Support brand storytelling and narrative development across mountain sports, innovation, sustainability, athletes and community
Ensure consistency of messaging and tone of voice in collaboration with Brand and Creative teams
Support creation of press materials and campaign assets and help extend Salewa’s visibility beyond outdoor media into lifestyle and culture conversations
Support communication activities related to athletes, creators and Salewa People
Coordinate PR support for events, activations, partnerships and community experiences
Manage product seeding processes with media and creators in coordination with internal stakeholders
